add-option

Add an option to a column's local option set

Usage

ppds attribute add-option [options]

Options

--column	-c	string		Logical name of the Choice/Choices column
--correlation-id		string		Correlation ID for distributed tracing
--debug		bool		Show trace-level diagnostic output
--dry-run		bool		Validate only, do not persist changes
--entity	-e	string		Logical name of the entity
--environment	-env	string		Override the environment URL. Takes precedence over profile's bound environment.
--option		string		Option to add: "Label[:Value][:#Color]"
--output-format	-f	OutputFormat		Output format
--profile	-p	string		Authentication profile name
--publish		bool		Publish the entity after the change
--quiet	-q	bool		Show only warnings and errors
--solution	-s	string		Solution unique name (required for value derivation when --option has no explicit value)
--verbose	-v	bool		Show detailed output including debug messages
